I was under-impressed. The first night we were put in a cabin (#17) because we said we wanted a fridge. The manager said cabins had full kitchens, so we said sure, why not.
Well.why not? Not enough light to walk around in, a window air conditioner that had to work so hard it conked out the next morning. We were one of maybe 3 people in the entire complex.
We complained about the a/c and the manager gave us a regular room...surprise, surprise, there was a fridge and a microwave in it, plus amazing air conditioning. Why we got the cabin in the first place...plus no offer of a refund of the price difference between a cabin ($107) versus a room ($70).
PLUS...she gave us the room key, we started to open the door, and the person inside opened up and asked what we wanted. I'm not kidding, really? Just as we were showing him that we had a key marked with the room number, the manager came walking up saying "Oops! And it's not like it's busy either." So even she knew the screw up.
