Stewart Mineral Springs provides relaxation through therapeutic day-use mineral baths, dry wood sauna, massage and overnight accommodations in a pristine forest setting. Visitors come from all over the world in large and small groups to experience our mineral waters that are so unique in the way they pull toxicity from the body and give you a renewed sense of self. Our lodging includes cabins, apartments, motel/hotel rooms, teepees (summer), camping and a large AF house for larger groups.

Located in Northern California just off Highway 5, Stewart Mineral Springs falls under the umbrella of Mt. Shasta, deep in the valley between two tall ridges. Parks Creek runs in the middle of the resort year round.

We've kept the ambiance to a charming rustic and pristine healing center free of television and free of phones in your rooms. We want to ensure your soul is fully nourished from the busy stress the modern world tends to operate in. Cafe is open Friday and Saturday dinner 5p-9p (reservation recommended), and Juice Bar is open Saturday and Sunday from 12p-4p. We are busy booking retreats, gatherings, and weddings. Check our website for more information and hours of operation. SMS staff look forward to sharing this sacred land and healing waters with you.

We have also have a regular Native American Sweat Lodge held by the Karuk people.

History

Established in 1875.

This land was held sacred by the Karuk people and to this day continue their age old practice of prayer and singing through SweatLodge. The healing waters bring people from all over the world. Many attest to healing body ailments from kidney, liver, and arthritis ailments. While we do not portray any medical claims, many guests have returned seeking the healing waters of this land. Some bring their containers to fill up so they can use it at home.
