The tour said that this hotel has a 5-star class in terms of hot spring, boy, it was totally overrated. When we got there, it was very crowded. We went to the public pools while my parents went to the private pool.
When we got to the reception, we were given a basket that contained a face towel, bath towel, a pair of slippers, a bathrobe, and a shower cap. The basket will be used to keep our things when we change pools. The area was zen inspired.
There are about 6 pools and a marble stone for lying down in heat in the area. There was one pool which no one was taking, and it was actually cold water. Who would dip in cold water during winter season? The pools are generally small, after less than 10 people went in, it will be too crowded to join in already.
We were given 2 hours to dip, but I think I only spent 30 minutes, because there was nothing else to do. Locker rooms were a bit tight and crowded as well.
Private pool inside a room was also very small. One person inside it is already too crowded, much if there are two.
